The module needs two good capacitos for VCO and LFO timing. There no polystyrene caps in Mouser. But there are mica caps. They are very good but 10n a bit expensive and too high (about 20mm) but I think it's possible to mount it with some bent.
Farnell has polystyrene caps in stock (links are in the partslist).
